Customs Declaration Process
Check the type of goods
- Depending on the type of goods, it is necessary to prepare and complete appropriate procedures and obligations.
Preparing Export Documentation
- The documentation to be prepared includes: Contract; Invoice/Packing list; Booking; Introduction letter; Export license (if applicable).
Declare and pass customs documents
- You need to make sure you have customs declaration software and a registered digital signature to declare.
Present customs documents
- See the results of whether the fish belongs to the green, yellow or red stream, to present documents according to regulations,
Liquidate the declaration and complete the procedures
- Depending on the form of export and export location, transfer goods to the port yard, CFS warehouse or airport then complete export procedures.
